Can I import listings that are already live on realestate.com.au?

Yes. Proparoo brings your existing listings in, including photos and features, so you start with your real portfolio instead of re-typing it.

What happens when I change a price or add a photo?

The listing is re-sent to realestate.com.au automatically. You do not maintain a separate copy of the listing on the portal.

What happens when I mark a property sold or withdrawn?

Proparoo updates realestate.com.au to match. Marking a property sold shows it as sold; withdrawing it takes it down.

What if realestate.com.au rejects a listing?

You see it. Proparoo shows the rejection and the reason against the listing rather than failing quietly, so you can fix it and republish.

Do I need my own realestate.com.au agreement?

Yes. Proparoo publishes on your behalf under your agency’s own agreement with REA. We do not resell listing space and we do not mark up their fees.
